- New Client Bodywork Session (90 Minutes)
- $125. I like to do a thorough intake with new clients, so this session will be about 15-30 minutes getting to know each other, talking about SOMA, Soul, and good tools and practices for you to incorporate during and after your sessions. We will discuss where you've come from, where you're at, and where you're wanting to be. 60-75 minutes on the table.
- Bodywork Session (60 Minutes)
- Sliding Scale $95-$115. Best for treatment specific work, this session is individualized to your needs whether you are seeking relaxation, to dispel tension patterns, injury treatment, or energy work. We may incorporate meditation, breath work, or other mind-body integrative practices. Manual therapy might include myofascial, trigger point, ligament therapy, acupressure, reflexology, traeger, or deep tissue depending on your needs. If you are looking for a full body massage I recommend booking a 90 Minute Bodywork Session.
- Bodywork Session (90 Minutes)
- Sliding Scale $125-$155. Excellent for a full-body massage or treatment specific work, this session is individualized to your needs whether you are seeking relaxation, to dispel tension patterns, injury treatment, or energy work. We may incorporate meditation, breath work, or other mind-body integrative practices. Manual therapy might include myofascial, trigger point, ligament therapy, acupressure, reflexology, traeger, or deep tissue depending on your needs. If you are looking for a full body massage I recommend booking a 90 Minute Bodywork Session.
- Intra-Oral Treatment (60 Minutes)
- Sliding Scale $95-$115. An Intra-Oral Treatment focuses on the muscles both inside and outside of the mouth, jaw, neck, throat, cranium and cervical spine. Treatment can help reduce headaches and the discomfort associated with jaw tension, migraines, grinding teeth, chronic sinus problems and ear congestion, tinnitis (ringing in the ears), injuries and strains, accidents, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorder, and emotional trauma. Gloves are worn while working with the tissues and structures inside the mouth.
- Intra-Oral Treatment (90 Minutes)
